This first level introduces you to the world of sensory analysis in a very interactive and hands on method. Learn about how quality control directors utilize sensory skills to taste and evaluate coffee.
This course is suitable for those who already have some experience in the coffee world, having some knowledge on the basic skills and sensory analysis. Expect to learn more in depth to identify coffee's natural characteristics from different regions, defects, even how to grade coffee and set up your own cupping session under the SCA standards.
